The Digital Maze, a full-service digital agency, entrusted me with the responsibility of creating their new business playbook and supporting the senior leadership team in developing more direct routes to market. Previously reliant on word-of-mouth referrals, the company sought to establish a robust new business development process.

In my role as Senior Business Development Manager, I have successfully propelled revenue growth and expanded market presence across a range of sectors. Employing a multi-channel strategy complemented by social selling and LinkedIn outreach, I effectively onboarded numerous new customer accounts (see below).

In this role, I sold a range of digital products and services, including but not limited to e-commerce Website Development, Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC), and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

Sharing extensive knowledge and experience within the social media marketplace included educating about all of the relevant tools and practices required to remain relevant.

Acting as the focal point for all web-based sales activities for the ADP multinational (MNC) sales team across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) by utilising a variety of social media tools and techniques.
